RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will gladly provide a refund for the purchase price of subscription creations if the refund request is made within 30 days of purchase. For subscription renewals, we will gladly provide a refund if the request is made within 14 days.

EXCEPTIONS:
The following items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds: Workshop Tickets, Retreat Tickets, & StoryGift.
